The Biomedical College has released a document identifying sector-based functions in the Australian biomedical ecosystem.
Contributions have been made by biomedical engineers, technologists and associates, but also those who do not identify as a biomedical engineers, biomedical technicians or similar but practice in a biomedical, manufacturing, service, health, disability, sports environment and regulatory affairs.
We recognise that this draft paper may not currently accurately represent the complete diversity of biomedical engineering practice, and request a broader input from the biomedical community on an ongoing basis.Please send any input to [email protected] and it will be incorporated in the next version of the document, which will be reviewed 6-monthly
