    I get constant questioning on what a product AS1530 test means, the results and what engineers do in their interpretation, vs the Passive Fire installation industry that become " Certification Gods" for builders. What are your experiences currently on fire products and do non-conforming installations still get NCC approved? 

    I see this as a discussion for better test evidence and reporting processes and training.
