Introducing the Canberra Mentoring Program!
The Canberra Mentoring Program is an initiative designed to connect engineers at all levels of experience and stages of their career. The path of an engineer can be filled with diverse challenges, both professional and personal. The Canberra Division's goal is to harness the wealth of experience within our community to provide mentorship, support, and inspiration to fellow engineers.
Why become a mentor?
Becoming a mentor will help to achieve our vision of creating a wider community where the support and development of all engineers is a priority and which strives to create an environment that encourages all members to achieve their potential.
Tailored mentorship
The Canberra Division Mentoring Program is open to all members of Engineers Australia Canberra Division, regardless of background, education, or career experience. Mentees can identify their preferred mentor based on the Mentor's profile. If there is no specific preference, mentees can notify us of what they are looking for in a mentor and will be matched accordingly.
Program timeline
The program is structured as a 12-month mentoring program, providing consistent and structured approach to mentorship.
