The Construction Engineer Learning and Development Guide is an industry led competency framework developed for practising construction engineers. Its purpose is to be used as a guide to career stages and competency requirements that support career progression.
The L&D Guide is a document used to support the Construction Engineering Area of Practice within Engineers Australia. This has ultimately led to the possibility to reach Chartered Certification for engineers working within the construction industry.
