With a successful record of executive positions with high profile companies and as an industry innovation award winner, Pedram has contributed to a number of major projects across Australia and overseas.
As a Director of KPMG in Project Risk Consulting, Pedram leads and inspires teams for setting a benchmark for delivery of Integrated Project Controls (Scope, Time, Cost, Risk) and Project Risk Management to provide clients transparent and practical risk engineering solutions. Prior to this, Pedram was Jacobs Technical Director Risk across Asia Pacific and also Head of Planning & Risk for UGL in a wide range of projects across Water, Power Generation, Coal, LNG/Oil & Gas.
Pedram is a member of the EA Infrastructure Advisory Panel, a prestigious panel of 12 industry representatives who represent Engineers Australia views and inform infrastructure policy and public affairs work by Australian Governments. In addition, Pedram is a member of Infrastructure Projects Experts Panel (IPEP) of Office Projects Victoria (OPV) and a member of INSW Expert Review Panel for cost estimation, planning/scheduling, risk and contingency.
He is also an innovation award winner from Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) and CPB Contractors for his exceptional knowledge and practical application of statistical analysis and the Primavera system in reviewing project risks and schedules.
He has been the NSW President of Risk Engineering Society (RES) since 2013 and the key author of the 2nd Edition of Contingency Guideline, published by Risk Engineering Society (RES) in Feb 2019.
Pedram is highly skilled in Project Planning, Controls, Monte Carlo Simulation, Schedule/Cost Risk Analysis, Earned Value (EV), and Enterprise Risk Management (ERM). Pedram is also a casual lecturer and tutor on risk management (postgraduate level) at University of Technology, Sydney and Western Sydney University.
