AI, Machine Learning and other matters: An applied mathematician's perspective
The Electrical & ITEE Colleges Joint Branch Committee in Newcastle, in conjunction with the Railway Technical Society of Australasia (RTSA), hosted a hybrid technical event on Wednesday 8 November 2023 titled AI, Machine Learning and other matters: An applied mathematician's perspective, presented by Prof Mike Meylan. It was an informative presentation the demystified AI by describing the fundamental principles.
If you missed the presentation, it is available on EA OnDemand:
Definitely worth watching! Keep an eye out for future events in Newcastle from the Electrical & ITEE Colleges Joint Branch Committee. There are refreshments before the event, so come early for a bite to eat and a drink and catch up with everyone. Also, a good opportunity for younger engineers to build connections with the engineering community!
It was thumbs up from my 4 year old daughter!
    Thumbs up for the presentation!
