Overview

This session focuses on navigating approved limits of work to ensure compliance and enable successful project execution. Attendees will gain a thorough understanding of the complexities involved in managing boundaries on CSSI (Critical State Significant Infrastructure) projects. Attendees will explore the key factors that influence project boundaries including project development, property acquisition, Environmental Impact Assessments, and contractual definitions. 

The session will highlight the importance of conditions of approval, control measures, compliance risks, and the iterative processes surrounding Environmental Protection Licenses. The speakers will discuss project-specific protocols and the management of project delivery (including early/enabling works), providing attendees with key insights into best practices for maintaining compliance while adapting to the changing needs of the project.
